The Washington Continent's policy and procedure statement

We welcome you to The Washington Continent, operated by (RCI) Redding Communications, Inc. We ask that you review these terms and conditions, which are intended to constitute a binding license agreement that conditions your use of this site ("agreement"). We have tried to avoid unnecessary legal verbiage and hope that you understand that we are simply trying to protect our rights in order to provide you with access to the free content available at this site. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement after you have read it, please leave the site. If you remain at this site, or return thereafter, you agree to be bound by the following agreement:

1. Links to other sites. When The Washington Continent provides links to other sites, we are not responsible for those other sites, their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users, and we advise you to check their privacy policies. 6. Jurisdiction. The Washington Continent is hosted on a server located in California and is intended to be viewed by residents of English speaking areas. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this site, you agree that the exclusive venue for litigating disputes shall be in state or federal court in Fulton County, Georgia.

Your privacy & rights

1. What we know about you. Other than what kind of browser you're using, we know practically nothing about you. We have no way of knowing any vital information about you -- not even your name.

2. Cookies. The Washington Continent does not uses cookies to track user activity.

3. Third-party distribution. We do not distribute information about your site usage to any third party. It is simply for internal use.

4. Future plans. At this time, we do not store personalized data about you, but we may do so in the future. You would be asked for your information if you wish, and you would have the option to view the site without submitting this information.
